The metabo SBE 850-2 impact drill is a powerful and versatile tool that can drill into almost any material with ease. It has a two-speed gearbox with variable speed control and a thumbwheel for speed preselection. It also has a rotating carbon brush bridge that ensures maximum performance even in reverse mode, which is useful for removing stubborn screws. The drill has a robust die cast aluminium gear housing that provides optimal heat dissipation and long service life. The drill is equipped with a Metabo Marathon-motor with dust protection and a Metabo S-automatic safety clutch that protects the user and the tool in case of sudden jamming. The drill has a spindle with hexagonal recess for screwdriver bits, which allows working without a chuck. The drill also has a cable-protecting ball joint that gives optimal freedom of motion when working. The drill comes with a metaBOX, which is an intelligent solution for transport and storage.
